Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a download has been issued.

Exceptions

If you experienced a technical failure that prevented you from accessing or opening your purchase, contact us. We will either fix the delivery or issue a full refund.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same bundle twice, contact us with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate.
