A ZIP file with PDF plans. Every PDF has a floor plan with room names and sizes plus area details for each floor. Many plans also include a 2D front elevation sketch. Each bundle shows its exact number of plans.
No. Every plan has a floor plan and area details. Many — but not all — also include a 2D front elevation drawing.
No. The plans are 2D AutoCAD drawings saved as PDF. The house pictures on the website are for illustration only.
PDF, inside one ZIP file. The sheets are A3 or A4 at scale 1:100, and all dimensions are in centimetres.
Your download button appears right after payment, and we email you the link. You can download again any time from My Account → Downloads.
Yes. Unzip the file and open the PDFs with any PDF viewer on a phone, tablet or computer.
These are ready-made reference plans. For a permit, your drawings must be prepared or checked by a licensed engineer or architect according to your local building rules.
Bundles include PDF files only. If you need changes or a custom plan, contact our studio and we'll tell you how we can help.
Plan bundles are digital downloads. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.
